We kind of went through step by step, looked at the processes. It felt more like being interviewed on our processes than interrogated. To have to go in and have your processes scrutinized is in and of itself sort of a daunting task. Blue Wolf made it very easy. They were helpful in clarifying anything that I had questions on.
